# Background

I have a BSc in Software Engineering (First Class) from Sheffield Hallam University. I work at Version 1 as a Delivery Principal, though my day job isn't really what this site is about.

I've always been into building things with code. These days I mainly work in PHP, Python, and C, and I spend a lot of time tinkering with retro hardware, automation, and finding ways to get genuine use out of AI tooling. Most of what I build ends up on GitHub.
