quakespasm: old-mac-quakespasm

QuakeSpasm, one fat binary from 10.3.9 Panther to current macOS. It is the fleet's tooling template: other ports copy its scripts, so keep them clean.

  • Checks: scripts/bench.sh <host> <demo> <WxH>, scripts/parallel-bench.sh (matrix), scripts/smoke-dmg.sh <host>, scripts/selfhost-download-test.sh.
  • QuakeSpasm has NO query limiter (Quake II has one); this gets misattributed. Adding one is open.
  • Old plan docs are history. New optimisation starts from a fresh evidence pass.
