quake2: old-mac-quake2

yquake2 pinned at QUAKE2_5_11: one fat app and a Linux dedicated server from one tree. One renderer, SDL 1.2; a gl1/gl3 split describes upstream, not this port.

  • Checks: scripts/smoke-dmg.sh <host>, scripts/bench.sh <host> <demo> <WxH> [runs].
  • Prove a new build gate passes a legitimate build, not just that it fails a bad one.
  • scripts/source-stamp.sh uses shasum -a 256 on purpose: no md5 spelling works fleet-wide.
  • The query limiter is settled by the user. Don't re-raise it.
  • A bloom regression: reproduce off/on with the same binary and scene before changing code.
