Supporting government departments in adopting AI coding assistants.

Delivery manager for continuous delivery of dataset ingestion into the Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform (EDAP). Worked with discovery and delivery teams on the migration of thousands of terabytes from legacy SQL Server systems into RedShift.

Delivered build and deployment of the Secure Data Environment for the East of England. Managed a blended team of 15 implementing first-of-kind AWS Research Engineering Studio and custom Airlock solutions.

Delivered 'Connecting Registries' discovery and alpha phases. Prepared customer for GDS assessment by working through the Government Digital Service Standard.

Led Join Dementia Research Service through discovery and alpha phases. Delivered outputs that informed the Programme Director's business case and roadmap. Participated in formal GDS assessment.

Delivery managed four development teams and one UX/UR team (50+ professionals) delivering features for England's NHS App serving 30+ million users. Oversaw monthly budgets of ~£250,000. Delivered COVID Pass integration and third-party GP system integrations.

Managed two software development teams on digital transformation projects for the Divorce Service and Financial Remedy Service. Produced detailed project roadmaps and participated in PI planning.

Managed three teams: Platform, Data, and MOT feature development. Transformed team productivity through practical agile application and performance management.

Over a decade of contract software engineering following my Software Engineering degree. Primarily backend development using C#, PHP, and frameworks including Zend and CakePHP. Built APIs, business logic, and data layers across various industries.
